Do you offer returns?

If you are not completely happy with your item or no longer need it, our Customer Care team is happy to help. 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Please note, that returned items cannot be used and must be in the same condition as the item arrived. Your item must also be in its original packaging. To begin a return, please email our Customer Care team at info@guarddog-security.com or fill out our Contact Us form. We ask that you include your original order number or receipt. 

Please note, that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once the returned item is received by our team, it will be inspected and you will be updated on the status of your refund by our Customer Care team. If the return is approved, your original form of payment will be refunded. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your card issuer's policies.
