"I am so impressed with this company. I have had a Diablo Stun Gun Flashlight for a few years, mostly sitting in a drawer in the kitchen for my wife to be able to retrieve if she needed it for protection. It wouldn't take a charge the last time I tried, so I contacted Guard Dog about the lifetime warranty. Ummm. . . don't forget to register your products! I had forgotten to complete that little step when I first bought it, apparently. But, at their request, I sent in a video of me trying to charge it and pushing all of the buttons. I just received a brand new replacement, even though they were not formally obligated to do so, because of my negligence. Tell me, how many other companies have you ever dealt with who would do that? I was treated so respectfully, and they stood by their product all the way. Again, I am so very impressed!"
