"the chains for the key ring has broken off easily on each and lid wants to fall off easily as well. So I only carry it in my purse or jacket pocket. Other then that it is a great product and has great power that warns predators off from afar. My daughter and I were walking in the neighborhood and a car started follow us and pull up near us, I pulled this out and made it very aware I saw them And had this going off and sparking. It is loud And bright. They speed off and left us alone. I take it with me everywhere. I have had one kinda shock me a lil through the buttons, cuz the outer casing also moved around a little. But it wasn't anything like what comes off the end. I still love this thing though and depend on it as my go to before my pew pew."
