One comment that the usage instructions and video gives guidance on a baton with a internal port for battery charging that the external box battery charger I received. Don't know if I received an older or newer version. Point is, when I was reading initial instructions on use and charging the external charger box is not mentioned, therefore a minor confusion worth noting."

"The Titan $49. 99 was damaged. The on/off button is broken. It is pushed in and detached from Stun Gun. The Sidekick was great, $39. 99."

"I had 3 b/c the stun feature did not hold the charge after only a couple of charge cycles. When I asked customer support if the flashlight could still be used they advised me it was not recommended. They also did not want them returned, which I found strange from a failure mode investigation. I do not recommend this product."
I plan to come back to get more personal protection.

"Was glad to receive the Titan, but the box had been opened and some of the contents were missing. Wnoever delivered it or at a stop somewhere in between delivery some one got what they wanted out. They evidently knew what was in it because it's wrote all over the box. Guard Dog didn't waste ahy time replacing the items I needed to get my product working. Thanks for the quick response!!"
