I'm very happy with the stunner itself, works beautifully to replace the one I had purchased many years ago. But unfortunately, the protective cover was not in the package as required. I have submitted paperwork to your company to either send cover as needed or replace the entire order.

I've bought several of these as they die eventually. The thing I forget, it the actual key chain part is crap. It breaks and I have to put it on something stronger, that can hold the tiny amount of weight & not break

I have purchased several if these for myself, family and friends. The sound it makes has helped to deter charging dogs while on walks with my dog. I live in an area where coyotes and javelinas are frequently encountered. I carry it with me at all times.
The only problem I have experienced is that the light stops working after the tazer has been pressed several times. Otherwise, it's a great product!

The item arrived WITHOUT ANY INSTRUCTIONS TO OPERATE!
The item was alone in wrapping and appears to be a USED ITEM WITH MARKS AND BLEMISHES
Attempts to contact the seller were ignored, although they have my money and have not delivered the item ordered.
Do I get reasonable and expected customer service, or should I persure appropriate channels to expose or disclose the untended discrepancy?

These are not only easy to charge and powerful, they are sleek in design and easy to carry around. Got one for my wife and daughter to carry for personal security, and one for them to keep with their bikes.., the loud ‘zap’ is a great deterrent for even dogs that get too close while biking . Great item, recommend everyone carry one especially these days.

I discovered this little gem over a year ago. I use it mostly when I walk my dog. It has worked perfectly when other dogs or coyotes charge or come towards us. I have purchased these as gifts for family members and they are just as pleased. I have noticed that the light tends to be affected if the tazer is used. Otherwise I highly recommend this to any one.

It also works as a deterrent for my dogs that bark a lot at anything or anyone. Just arcing it stops this behavior. We have used many barking deterrent products, this has worked the best. Just the sound of the arc has cut the barking down by at least 70 percent.
