"They sent my kids book bags to wrong address. I make it to said address to try to recover them. Stood outside for 40 min , first knocking then banging on there door. Till I called police. Police tell m e they couldn't do much about situation without a warrant. I stood there while these people lied and told the cops it didn't get delivered to there house. While I show the Pic of there door with package to the cops. Then they lied and said someone else must've took it. Wich i don't believe cause it was a side door not facing the street. I talked to an operator at guard dog who basically b l ame everything on me then fed ex. I feel like I got set up to loosing $180 something dollars for free. To be honest they could keep it. Nothing worth more than a peace of mind. P. s got my kids different presents for Christmas and life goes on. Just bothered me how careless and unprofessional there Secretary or agent at guard dog was. Cause at the end of the order it ask if billing address is same as mailing address and I put yes. They should've known better. Billing address was east haverhill st, they sent package to haverhill st. The chiefs could keep the bags and the company can keep the money. Me and my children will keep peace and blessings from god."
