Oct 18, 2019 - Lori Alhadeff is haunted by the fact that she did not send her 14-year-old daughter to school with a Guard Dog bulletproof backpack. The mother of three had wanted to buy one but never got around to it.

Her first child, Alyssa, was fatally shot trying to hide under a classroom table at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. “I wish to this day that I did give that protection to Alyssa.
