Lifetime Warranty

Guard Dog Security develops quality, durable, and reliable products. All our products are covered under the industry-leading Guard Dog Security Lifetime Warranty

This generous program allows customers to buy our products with the confidence they deserve when buying a self defense/security product. Our first option is to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the repair cost exceeds the cost of a new one, then the product will be replaced it.

Exemptions

Guard Dog Security warranty only applies to Guard Dog Security products purchased from authorized channels. Here the exemptions to our lifetime warranty program:

• Only 1 Year warranty for consumables, holsters or batteries of any type used in connection with products furnished
• Product malfunction or failure as a result of misuse, modifications, alterations, improper installation or maintenance, product disassembled, torn backpacks, or broken flashlights lens

Lifetime Warranty process

In the event of any product defect, customer has to follow the following steps:

• Go to https://guarddog-security.com/pages/file-a-warranty-claim
• Fills Out and submit the Warranty Form.
• Guard Dog Security will process the request (Processing time: 3-5 days). 
• In case the claim is approved, customer will receive an email with shipping instructions. Otherwise an email with the denied explanation will be sent.
• Customer will ship the Product to Guard Dog Security office
• Once the product arrive to our office, it will be fixed it or replaced it
• Once the product arrives to our facilities, Guard Dog Security has the discretion to proceed or not with the warranty process in case the product does not meet our warranty terms.
• We send back to the customer a replacement Free of charge. Usual turnaround time is two weeks, usually less

Who Pay for The Shipping?

In case your product had been purchased within 30 days (Proof of purchase needed), we will send a USPS return label.  Otherwise customer is responsible for shipping.

In both scenarios Guar Dog Security will absorb the return shipping charges

Refund policy

In case we cannot fulfill an order, a refund will be processed. Payment will go to same payment source the customer used for the purchase.
